Makita GA5040C Variable Speed Angle Grinder 125mm 110v

The Makita GA5040C is a variable speed angle grinder with a 125 mm grinding disc diameter and 110 V supply.

Its 1400 W continuous input power and no-load speed range of 2800–11000 are accompanied by a variable speed control. The spindle thread is M14 and the bore size is 22.23 mm.

The grinder has a Super Joint System mechanical clutch, an electronic current limiter and an anti-restart function. The clutch disengages the motor in the event of a sudden wheel lock, while the current limiter helps protect the motor from overload. Anti-restart prevents accidental start-up if the tool is plugged in and switched on. A rubberised soft grip and tool-less wheel guard adjustment are also included features.
