About the product

The Makita DUX60 is a garden multi tool with a brushless motor and a drive system powered by two 18 V LXT Lithium Ion batteries, giving 36 V. The kit includes EM404MP brushcutter, EY403MP pole saw and EN402MP hedge trimmer attachments.

Its power head has three speed settings, a variable speed control dial, constant speed control, soft start, electric brake, overload protection, reverse switch and Active Feedback Sensing Technology. No-load speeds are 0–5,700, 8,200 and 9,700 rpm; maximum output is 600 W.

  • The brushcutter attachment has a steel drive shaft and bump-and-feed trimmer head.
  • The pole saw has a 300 mm chainsaw bar, transparent oil tank and branch hook.
  • The hedge trimmer has a 500 mm double-edged blade, with its head adjustable in 13 stages from 90° up to 90° down.
  • Attachments connect using a tool-less slide joint coupling with a clip-lock.
  • Also included: shoulder strap, hex wrench, accessory bag, two BL1860B 6 Ah Li-ion batteries and a DC18RD dual-port charger.
