Makita DUX60 Twin 18v LXT Cordless Brushless Split Shaft Garden Multi Tool Kit 2 x 5ah Li-ion Battery Charger

The Makita DUX60 is a cordless garden multi tool with a brushless motor and a split shaft. It is part of Makita’s twin 18 V LXT cordless platform and uses two 18 V lithium-ion batteries for a 36 V DC motor drive system.

Three speed settings, a variable speed control dial and constant speed control support speed adjustment. The tool also has soft start, an electric brake, overload protection, a reverse switch and Active Feedback Sensing Technology. Its loop handle and tool-free attachment installation are also included features.

The kit contains the EM406MP line trimmer attachment, shoulder strap, hex wrench, accessory bag, two BL1850B 18 V LXT 5 Ah batteries and a DC18RD 18 V dual-port battery charger. The attachment has a steel drive shaft, bump-and-feed trimmer head and tool-less slide-joint coupling with clip-lock fixing. No-load speeds are 0–9,700 rpm high, 0–8,200 rpm medium and 0–5,700 rpm low; maximum output is 600 W.
