About the product

The Makita DUX60 is a cordless garden multi-tool kit with a brushless motor and a twin 18 V LXT battery platform. Its 36 V DC motor drive system has three speed settings, a variable speed control dial and a maximum output of 600 W. No-load speeds are 0–5,700, 8,200 and 9,700 rpm.

The kit includes EM404MP brushcutter, EY403MP pole saw and EN402MP hedge trimmer attachments, plus a shoulder strap, hex wrench and accessory bag. The brushcutter has a steel drive shaft and bump-and-feed trimmer head. The pole saw has a 300 mm chainsaw bar, transparent oil tank and branch hook. The hedge trimmer has a 500 mm double-edged blade and a head adjustable in 13 stages from 90° up to 90° down.

Features include a loop handle, overload protection, electric brake, soft start, constant speed control, reverse switch and Active Feedback Sensing Technology. The tool-less slide-joint coupling uses a clip-lock. Two BL1850B 5 Ah Li-ion batteries and a DC18RD dual-port charger are included.
