The Makita DGA463 is a cordless angle grinder with a brushless motor, an 18 V Makita LXT Lithium-ion battery type and a 115 mm maximum wheel diameter. Its variable speed control dial provides control for use with strip discs, flap discs and polishing applications.

Automatic Torque Drive Technology adjusts speed and torque during operation. Active Feedback Sensing Technology stops the motor if the wheel’s rotation suddenly ceases when snagged. The anti-restart function prevents the machine starting by itself after a power interruption. Features also include soft start, an electric brake, a current limiter for overload protection, a battery fuel gauge, removable dust covers and a lock-on function. The slide switch has an on/off function.
