About the product

The Makita DDA450 is an 18 V LXT cordless brushless angle drill with a lithium-ion battery system. It has an electric brake, soft start, variable speed trigger, forward/reverse rotation, two mechanical gears and an LED job light.

The drill has a 13 mm keyed chuck with a 2–13 mm capacity. No-load speed is 0–1,400 rpm in high gear and 0–450 rpm in low gear; maximum torque is 26 Nm at high speed and 70 Nm at low speed.

  • Wood capacity: 38 mm auger bit; 127/101 mm hole saw and 65/50 mm self-feed bit (low/high).
  • Steel capacity: 13 mm. Net weight: 3.2–3.5 kg.
