About the product
The Makita DBO480Z is a cordless finishing sander with a 1/4-sheet format and orbital action. It runs on Makita 18 V LXT batteries; the battery, charger and case are not included.
It has two speed settings, with 28,000 / 22,000 strokes per minute and 14,000 / 11,000 orbits per minute. The pad measures 112 × 102 mm and the paper 114 × 102 mm. Its plastic base has a hook-and-loop pad, and the paper clamp is tool-free. Forced dust collection is included in the design.
A triangle plate is supplied for sanding in tight spaces, along with a dust bag, abrasive paper set, Ring 25, dust bag nozzle, dust nozzle and punch plate. The ergonomic grip and redesigned balancer reduce vibration in loaded operation. Machine weight: 1.4 kg.
