About the product
The Makita BO6050J is a 110 V random orbital disc sander with 750 W input and a 150 mm disc. It has random orbit mode for finish sanding and buffing, and roto-orbit mode for coarse sanding and polishing.
Variable speed runs from 1,600 to 6,800 orbits per minute, with 3,200 to 13,600 strokes per minute. The 5.5 mm orbit diameter, soft start, constant speed control and pad brake are also included. Its ergonomic grip, side handle and slim skirt are designed for control and access in confined spaces, including around vehicle door handles. It works with hook and loop discs.
Noise figures are 82 dB(A) sound pressure and 93 dB(A) sound power, with a 3 dB(A) noise K factor. Vibration is 5 m/sec² for sanding and 3 m/sec² for polishing, with a 1.5 m/sec² vibration K factor. Net weight is 2.6 kg. Contents include a dust nozzle, abrasive disc, inlay for Makpac Case and Type 3 Makpac Connector Case.
