Makita 8406C Diamond Core Drill 110v

The Makita 8406C is a 110 V diamond core drill with a 1400 W input and two mechanical gears. Its maximum dry diamond core capacity is 152 mm; maximum capacities are 13 mm in steel, 35 mm in wood and 20 mm in masonry.

Variable no-load speed ranges from 900–2,000 rpm in low gear and 1,800–4,000 rpm in high gear. The percussion rates are 14,400–32,000 blows per minute in low gear and 28,800–64,000 in high gear. Percussion mode can be used for pilot holes before switching to rotary mode for diamond core drilling.

Features include soft start, electronic power control, a torque limiter, an anti-vibration system, a side handle and double-insulated construction. Net weight is 4.5 kg. The contents are a drill chuck, chuck key, side handle, depth rod and carry case.
