Makita 18v LXT Cordless Split Shaft Garden Multi Tool Kit 4 x 5ah Li-ion Twin or Dual Battery Charger

This Makita garden multi-tool kit combines the DUX18 cordless split-shaft power head with the EM404MP brushcutter attachment. It includes four BL1850B 18 V LXT lithium-ion 5 Ah batteries and a DC18RD dual-port battery charger.

The power head has a brushless motor, soft start, electric brake, variable and constant speed control, overload protection and a loop handle. Its maximum output is 470 W. No-load speed is 0–9,700 rpm on high and 0–6,800 rpm on low; net weight is 2.8–10.3 kg.

The EM404MP attachment has a 230 mm cutting width, a steel drive shaft and a bump-and-feed trimmer head. It weighs 0.9 kg and attaches using a tool-less slide joint coupling with a clip-lock. The attachment is for the Makita DUX60 and UX01G. The power head is compatible with hedge trimmer, line trimmer, brush cutter and pole saw attachments.
