About the product
The Hozelock Asta is an end-line dripper spike for drip irrigation, with a built-in spike for positioning at the base of plants to target their roots.
It connects to the end of 4 mm micro supply pipe and delivers a fixed flow rate of 4 litres per hour over an inlet pressure range of 1–3 bar. Its pressure-compensating design uses a turbulent flow path to help distribute water evenly, including when elevation or distance varies.
- Self-flushing action clears debris to minimise the risk of blockage; an in-built filter also helps minimise blockages.
- The sealed design maintains pre-set discharge rates and uniformity.
- Made from UV-stable plastic.
- Pack of 12; a 2-year guarantee period applies.
The dripper is described for use in pots, hanging baskets, grow bags and landscapes.
