About the product

The Handy THSS80 is a push broadcast spreader with a stainless steel frame and corrosion-resistant poly hopper. It holds up to 36.5 kg (80 lb) of material and has a spread width of 3.05–3.66 m. The spread width can be adjusted by moving more slowly in confined areas.

It distributes ice melts, processed dry free-flowing salts and fertiliser. Features include an adjustable feed control handle, heavy-duty nylon gear, 12-inch pneumatic wheels, a comfort-grip pram-style handle and directional flaps. A hopper screen and rain cover are supplied.

Do not use rock salt: it can damage the mechanism and shorten the product’s life. Refined ice-melting salt can corrode some components and reduce the machine’s life. Clean the spreader thoroughly after using refined de-icing salt.
