About the product

This Cohline fuel hose has an R9 specification and is compatible with petrol up to E10, petrol with E85 and diesel. The hose has an 11.5 mm inner diameter, an 18.5 mm outer diameter and a minimum bend radius of 60 mm.

Its construction has an FKM inner layer, an ECO intermediate layer, aramid reinforcement and an ECO outer layer. Working pressure is 10 bar, test pressure is 20 bar and burst pressure is 50 bar. The working temperature range is −40°C to +125°C.

Listed petrol mixtures: methanol, ethanol and butanol, each at 0–100%.
Listed diesel mixtures: rapeseed methyl ester, hydro-treated vegetable oil, fatty acid methyl ester and Siya methyl ester, each at 0–100%.
Additional standards: BMW GS93010, DBL 6257.70, GME 08007, SAE J30R9 and VW TL52424.
One quantity is 1 metre. Quantities of 2 or more are supplied in one continuous length, up to 20 metres.

When replacing existing hose, the R9 specification is recommended; using a lower specification may result in premature ageing of the hose.
