Flex OSE 2-80 EC Compact Orbital Sander 240v

The Flex OSE 2-80 EC is a corded sheet sander with a brushless motor, a 240 V power source and 260 W input power. Its compact, lightweight, one-handed design has a soft-grip insert in the ergonomically shaped grip cover and generates low vibration levels.

Speed preselection offers four settings, with constant speed regulation via a tachogenerator. The sander also has a soft start and restart protection. An E-signal switch provides operation with an integrated quick-stop function, while a built-in disc brake helps prevent unwanted sanding marks.

• No-load speed: 8,000–12,000/min; no-load orbital stroke rate: 16,000–24,000/opm
• Backing pad: 130 × 80 mm, with a 2 mm stroke and hook and loop fastening
• The 12-hole extraction system works with all standard abrasives
• Integrated dust extraction uses the included impact-resistant filter cartridge with exchangeable PES filter
• External extraction connects through a 27 mm port; an optional antistatic suction hose can be used
• Cable length: 4.0 m; weight: 1.2 kg

The integrated filter is designed for straightforward cleaning and disposal. The low-vibration design is described as suitable for overhead applications and extended sanding tasks.
