Festool TKS 80 EBS SawStop Table Saw 254mm 240v

The FESTOOL TKS 80 EBS is a 240 V table saw with licensed SawStop technology, designed to greatly reduce the risk of serious injury during use. Its sensor detects contact between the blade and the operator. On contact with skin, the blade stops within 5 milliseconds and retracts into the work surface. A cartridge releases a pretensioned spring, which pushes an aluminium block into the blade; after activation, the cartridge can be replaced in a few steps.

The technology can be deactivated when sawing conductive materials. The saw has a maximum cutting height of 80 mm, with cutting heights of 80 mm at 90° and 56 mm at 45°. Its extendable work surface, stopper and angle stop accommodate workpieces of different sizes.
