Festool DF 500 RQ-Plus Domino Jointer 240v

The FESTOOL DF 500 RQ-Plus is a 240 V Domino jointer for making precise, elongated holes in wooden and wood-based materials. Its pendulum milling action produces twist-proof holes, while built-in stop pins allow dowel placement to be repeated. The routing depths are matched to the corresponding Domino dowels.

It has a 420 W power consumption, routing depth stops of 12, 15, 20, 25 and 28 mm, and a maximum routing depth of 28 mm. The groove cutter diameters are 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10 mm; routing height adjusts from 5 to 30 mm, and mitre routing ranges from 0 to 90°. The dust extraction port is 27 mm in diameter and compatible with Cleantec. The removable 4 m Plug-it power cable supports storage. Machine weight is 3.60 kg; transport weight including accessories is 6.30 kg.

Domino dowels are available in sizes from 4 × 20 mm to 10 × 50 mm, in grades for interior or exterior use.
