About the product

The Faithfull Essentials Digging Spade is a garden tool for digging, soil preparation and ground cultivation. It has a heat-treated carbon steel head with a polypropylene and powder-coated finish, and a steel shaft coated in polypropylene.

Its overall length is 1000 mm and it has a D-handle. The semi-flat blade is designed for digging and edging, while the treaded blade top spreads the load across the foot. The finish resists rust, scratches, humidity and alkalis commonly found in soil. The spade is also described for turning over open ground, double digging and preparing beds.
