About the product

The Faithfull Countryman Border Spade is a compact digging tool with a heat-treated carbon steel head and an ash shaft. It has a 150 x 240 mm blade and an overall length of 1000 mm.

The head has a powder-coated finish, and the double-riveted European ash shaft is lacquered. The handle is a D-handle with angled hilts and a soft grip; the ash is FSC® certified.

Its reduced blade size is intended for work in confined spaces, including established borders, vegetable patches and flower beds. The spade is also described for planting smaller shrubs and working around established plants.
