The Einhell TE-SM 36/8 L Li is a cordless sliding mitre saw for the Power X-Change system. It uses two standard 18 V batteries for a 36 V supply and has a brushed motor. The saw is supplied with four 4 Ah Power X-Change batteries and a twin charger.

A sliding action gives a maximum cutting length of 305 mm. The bevel adjusts from 0° to 45° left, while the mitre range is 0° to 47° left or right. A laser line guide helps establish the cutting line; the rotating table has positive stops for commonly used angles. Side supports, a hold-down clamp and a depth stop are included as features for supporting and securing material and making trenching cuts.
