About the product
The Einhell TC-JS 60/1 is a 400 W jigsaw with a 240 V UK mains supply. Its cutting depth is up to 60 mm in wood, 10 mm in plastic and 6 mm in steel, with an 18 mm stroke height.
Electronic speed control adjusts the speed for the material being worked, with a stroke rate of 1,000–3,000 strokes. The soleplate swivels for mitre cuts up to 45°. A tool-free mechanism changes the blade, and the jigsaw is compatible with a wide variety of standard jigsaw blades.
The machine has a softgrip handle and a well-balanced design described as having low vibration. Its rear dust port can be connected to a vacuum cleaner or dust extractor to help reduce airborne dust while working.
