The Eberspacher Hydronic S3 is a 12 V diesel water heating system with 5 kW heating power. The kit includes an EasyStart PRO 7-day programmable timer.

It provides cabin interior heating and engine pre-heating. Domestic hot water is also possible when coupled with a plate heat exchanger, hydroplate or calorifier. Heating output adjusts steplessly from 1.3 kW to 5 kW. The heater measures 215 x 91 x 144 mm.

• Includes water circulation pump, digital fuel metering pump, combustion air silencer, vehicle exhaust silencer, pre-cut exhaust pipe and fuel line.
• Also includes wiring harnesses, fuel system fittings, fuel standpipe, coolant hose, fan relay, mounting brackets, clamps, bolts, connections, fuses, relays, plug kits, cable ties, plastic conduit and an installation/technical disc.
• EasyStart PRO provides text-based fault descriptions. Altitude adjustment is automatic up to 1,500 m and can be activated manually above that height using EasyStart PRO.
• The stated service life is 3,000 hours. A 2-year warranty is included.

Applications include cars, vans, small buses, caravans, RVs, mobile homes, mobile workshops and electric vehicles. This heater is for 12 V systems only. Important electrical system notice: the heaters have a dedicated CANBUS switch wiring loom, which must not be modified in any way without prior written instruction from EBUK (Eberspacher UK).
