The Eberspacher Airtronic M3 D4R is a diesel-fired air heater with 4 kW (13,650 BTU) output, designed for RVs, large motorhomes and marine applications. It provides programmable independent heating without using heat from the engine, and is intended for road-vehicle use.

Automatic altitude adjustment operates up to 5,500 m (18,044 ft) above sea level using an integrated altitude sensor. The heater has stepless heat-output control and temperature monitoring. The EasyStart PRO provides a 7-day timer, a diagnostic reader and text-based fault descriptions; heater and controller fault codes are stored in its workshop menu.

• Kit includes the heater and EasyStart PRO, electrical harnesses and connections, and a 6 m switch and power harness.
• Also included: stainless steel exhaust pipe with silencer, clamps and P-clips; 1 m combustion intake pipe; 75 mm air outlet; fuel metering pump, fuel pipe and hose clips; 0.5 m of 75 mm flexible duct; air entry grille; clips, screws and installation manual.
• No mounting plate or fuel pick-up/standpipe is included. Vehicle fuel-tank integration requires an Eberspacher UK-approved fuel pick-up kit.
• Certified for installation in passenger areas and near dangerous substances. Potential service life is 5,000 hours, depending on installation and use; annual servicing is advised.
• Warranty: 24 months. Additional lengths of exhaust pipe, air outlets and ducting may be required.
