This Eberspacher diesel air heater kit combines the Airtronic S2 D2L 24 V heater with an EasyStart PRO 7-day timer. It produces 2.2 kW of heating power and uses a brushless motor and a digital fuel dosing pump designed for quiet operation.

Heating output is steplessly controlled to modulate towards the required temperature. The heater monitors temperature in real time and automatically adjusts for altitude up to 3000 m above sea level using its integrated altitude sensor. No additional altitude kit is required.

• EasyStart PRO provides on-board diagnostics, text-based fault descriptions, timers and external temperature sensing.
• The system includes CAN, LIN and S+ interfaces. CAN-based controllers include EasyStart PRO and EasyStart Web; LIN supports earlier EasyStart Remote+ and EasyStart Select controllers. S+ can be used with a mini-controller or another Eberspacher analogue switching source.
• The kit contains the heater, timer, digital fuel pump, 5 m electrical wiring harness, 2.6 m heater-to-battery connections and 2.0 m heater-to-fuel-pump connections. It also includes 1 m of 60 mm ducting, an outlet hood, directional outlet with bracket, connector grille and two duct clips.
• Other included parts are a 0.5 m exhaust pipe, exhaust end cap and clamp, two exhaust P-clips, 500 mm combustion-air pipe, end cap, fuel-pump holder, fuse-holder kit with fuses, fixing bolts, screws and clips. A booklet includes warranty documentation, service schedule, installation checklist and information, operating instructions, technical data and a CD.

The wiring harness must not be modified. Fuel integration requires an Eberspacher UK-approved fuel pick-up kit or a truck standpipe. A vehicle-specific fuel integration kit, floor mounting plate or bracket, and additional ducting and accessories may also be required. Annual servicing is advised. The motor's potential service life is 5000 hours, depending on installation and use. A 2-year warranty applies.
