Eberspacher Airtronic Heater 801 temperature controller with diagnostic | 80110003

The Eberspacher 80110003 is a temperature controller for Airtronic heaters, with a built-in diagnostic function and an internal temperature sensor. It supports 12 V or 24 V heaters and offers heating or ventilation mode.

It is designed for D2, D4, D4S and D5 Airtronic heaters. It can also be used with D1 LC Compact, D3 LC Compact, D5 LC and D8 LC heaters, but with restricted functions and no ventilation mode. The controller is supplied with extended runtime enabled; reconfigure it for a 1-hour runtime using the installation instructions.

The box includes operating and installation instructions, an electrical plug and connectors. The electrical supply cable is 300 mm long.

The built-in sensor is suited to temperature sensing at the controller mounting location. The wiring harness supplied with Eberspacher Airtronic heaters sold in the UK does not automatically default to this method. To sense temperature at the controller instead of the heater inlet, connect the controller’s grey wire to the grey wire in the heater wiring harness at the heater diagnostic plug. For the diagnostic function on some heaters, the blue and white wire may not be available at the standard controller wiring connections; a wire must then be routed from the blue and white connection at the diagnostic plug.
