Eberspacher Airtronic D2 to S3 D2L Heater Upgrade Changeover Kit 12v

This Eberspacher heater upgrade kit replaces an older Airtronic D2 installation with an Airtronic S3 D2 L 12 V heater and fuel pump. It is intended for vehicle heating systems and provides a 2 kW heating output.

The plug-and-play heater adapter harness uses the wiring harness and controller already installed. The kit also includes a fuel pump adapter lead for changing from an older 4519 pump to a digital fuel dosing pump, plus an installation CD. Existing Airtronic ducting, fuel line and controller can remain installed during the upgrade.

• Designed for ducting with a minimum internal dimension of 60 mm; 75 mm internal-diameter ducting may also be used.
• Compatible with existing installations using an EasyStart Select or EasyStart Timer controller.
• Compatible with D2, D4 and D5 Airtronic heaters using 801 and 802 modulators, or an EasyStart Select.
• A diagnostic port for EasyScan is included for testing and repair of Ax2 and Ax3 models.
• Certified for installation in passenger areas and near dangerous substances.
• Outlet hood is not included.
