About the product
The Draper SDSHD1050D SDS Plus rotary hammer drill has a 1050 W motor and 3.0 J of impact energy. Its four modes are drilling, hammer drilling, chiselling and chisel lock.
The drill has a safety clutch to guard against sudden torque reactions if a bit binds, and a depth rod for setting drilling depth. Its stated drilling capacities are 26 mm in masonry, 13 mm in steel and 42 mm in wood. The maximum impact rate is 5000 bpm, with a no-load speed of 1000 rpm; the tool weighs 3.4 kg.
It comes with an adjustable side handle, pointed and flat chisels, three drill bits and a carry case. A 2.2 m cable with a BS plug is fitted.
