The DeWalt DCS389 is a 54v cordless brushless FLEXVOLT reciprocating saw. It is designed for power, extended runtime, reliability and durability, with performance comparable to a corded tool.

The saw has an intelligent variable-speed trigger, a lock-off switch, a lever-action keyless blade clamp for tool-free blade changes and a two-position clamp that allows flush cutting. Its pivoting shoe has an open top, and an integrated LED worklight improves visibility of the cut line. The ergonomic handle has a rubber overmould.
