About the product
This Dewalt cordless drill driver and impact driver kit pairs the DCD701 with the DCF801. Both tools have brushless motors, and the kit includes two 12v 3.0ah DeWalt XR Lithium Ion batteries.
The batteries and charger are cross-compatible with the previous DeWalt XR 10.8v range: 10.8v batteries work in the 12v tools, and 12v batteries work in the 10.8v tools. Built-in battery charge indicators show the remaining charge at the press of a button. The tools are described as more compact and lightweight, with increased power and energy efficiency; the brushless motors are described as providing longer runtimes.
- The DCD701 drill driver has a base-mounted worklight.
- The DCF801 impact driver has a triple LED worklight array at the front.
- Includes two belt hooks, a MultiVoltage Battery Charger and a plastic carry case.
