About the product

The DeWalt DCG405FN is a brushless cordless angle grinder with a flathead gear housing for access to acute angles and cutting in restricted areas. It is part of the 18V XR range and is powered by DeWalt 18V XR lithium-ion batteries.

The slim body has rubber overmoulding for grip and control. A side-mounted slide switch includes no-volt release restart protection, which resets the switch if the battery becomes depleted or detached during operation. An electronic clutch helps safeguard against kickback and disc bursts, while mesh covers filter dust entering the machine.
