The DeWalt DCF922 is a compact 18 V XR cordless brushless impact wrench with a 1/2 in anvil. Its four-mode selection provides variable speed settings, and the soft joint mode is optimised to help decrease the tightening and loosening time of fasteners in soft materials such as wood.

The wrench has an adjustable white LED light with brightness control, a delay feature, and the option to dim or turn off the light. A variable trigger provides control, while the square drive with detent pin allows quick socket changes. It has a rubber XR grip and switch.
