The Dewalt DCD799 is a cordless hammer drill driver with an 18V brushless motor and a two-speed all-metal transmission. It measures 164 mm long and weighs 1.09 kg.

It has 15-position adjustable torque control, a 1.5–13 mm metal chuck and an LED foot light. No-load speed is 0–450/0–1,650 RPM, with an impact rate of 0–7,650/0–28,050 BPM. Maximum torque is 74 Nm; drilling capacity is 13 mm in masonry, 13 mm in metal and 30 mm in wood.
