About the product

The Defender Portable Site Transformer is a 240V-to-110V transformer with a GRP housing and two 110V 16A outlets. It steps down and isolates mains voltage for 110V output.

It has a 3000VA intermittent rating and a 1650VA continuous rating. The duty cycle is 5 minutes on and 15 minutes off. Resettable thermal overload protection and centre-tapped earthing are included, and the unit has an IP44 ingress protection rating. It is BSEN61558-1 compliant.
