Champion RERX5PMPB OE242 Spark Plug Double Platinum

The Champion RERX5PMPB is part of the Champion Double Platinum range.Champion Double Platinum carries platinum on both the centre and ground electrodes. This matters on distributorless and waste-spark ignition systems, which fire half the plugs with reverse polarity and wear the ground electrode as quickly as the centre; with platinum on both, the gap remains stable for the full manufacturer service interval. Fit as the direct replacement where this Champion part number is specified as original equipment.
