Champion 8815 CCH8815-1 Spark Plug Copper Plus

The Champion 8815 is a spark plug for powersport vehicles, including motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), snowmobiles and personal watercraft (PWCs). It replaces RA8HC and D6EA, and has US number CCH88151; 8815-1 and CCH8815-1 are also given as references.

Its design combines a fine-wire centre electrode with a V-trimmed ground electrode. The extended nose projection creates a longer path for heat to travel, and the plug is designed to stay hot during prolonged idling to help prevent cold fouling. A heat-active alloy resists overheating under heavy engine loads. The design is also described as reducing fouling and supporting reliable starting and faster throttle response.
