The Bosch Professional GLF 18V-8 is a cordless brushless trim router for trimming, edging and shaping wood, laminate and plastic. Its 18 V battery system has a no-load speed of 10,000–30,000 rpm; the stated battery type is Bosch Professional Li-Ion.

The tool has an ultra-slim gripping area for one-handed control, an LED light to illuminate the cutting area and built-in drop detection. Purpose-built adaptors are included for dust extraction during surface and edge routing. The flush trim roller guide supports flush cutting with straight-flute router bits, while the parallel guide can be used for light-duty groove routing.
