About the product

The Black and Decker BECS2245 is a corded electric chainsaw for trimming branches and larger cutting projects. Its 45 cm bar is paired with a 2200 W motor and a chain speed of 12.5 m/s.

Tool-free chain tensioning allows chain fitting and adjustment. An integrated auto-oiling system lubricates the chain, and the oil tank has a viewing window for filling. The low-kickback chain is intended for cutting wet and dry timber. If the chainsaw kicks back, the chain brake cuts power within 0.15 seconds.
