About the product
The Black and Decker BCSTR918 is a cordless grass trimmer that uses replaceable resin plastic blades instead of a spool of line. It runs on an 18V battery and is part of the Black and Decker 18V battery system, sharing compatibility with other Black and Decker 18V cordless tools.
The telescopic shaft adjusts in length without tools, and the auxiliary handle is adjustable. Two power settings provide a maximum-power mode or a maximum-runtime mode. For edging, the head rotates and an integrated guide wheel can roll along surfaces such as garden paving. The trimmer can be used around garden corners, on allotments and in other remote areas.
- Cutting width: 280 mm
- Battery type: Black and Decker POWERCONNECT lithium-ion
- Brushed motor
- Handle storage compartment for spare blades
- Supplied as a bare tool with resin blades; no battery or charger
