About the product
The Black and Decker BCD383 is an 18V cordless combi drill for drilling, hammer drilling and screwdriving. Its hammer-drilling mode is for solid walls and masonry.
It has a brushed motor, two gears, 12 clutch settings and a maximum torque of 45 Nm. Gear 1 provides high torque and Gear 2 high speed. The keyless, single-sleeve chuck is 13 mm, and the variable-speed trigger provides speed control. A built-in LED worklight illuminates the work area; the handle has soft padding. Forward and reverse operation is available.
The drill uses the Black and Decker POWERCONNECT lithium-ion battery platform. The housing is made using 50% recycled materials. The package includes the bare tool, belt clip, screwdriver bit and carry case; no battery or charger is included.
