About the product
The ARS UV-40 is a curved pole saw blade head for ARS EXP extension poles. Its blade is 400 mm long, and the overall length is 630 mm.
The blade is made from high-carbon steel with hard-chrome plating. It has Super Turbocut teeth with a 4.5 mm pitch and 1.5 mm tooth thickness; the teeth are not impulse hardened. The curved blade has a hooked tip for removing creepers and cutting smaller twigs, a separate bark cutter and a notch for hanging the saw on a branch.
The head weighs 520 g and comes with a JG-1 grip and an SH-UV protective sheath for transport and storage. Its approval is from the Forest-Technological Approval Committee by KWF. The spare blade reference is UV-40-1.
