About the product

The Wiha Non-Contact Voltage Detector is a testing instrument for detecting live electrical cabling and wires in domestic and commercial installations. It tests AC circuits from 90 V to 1000 V without direct contact with conductors.

A permanent green LED shows that the unit is powered and ready to use, while a red LED lights when voltage is detected. The detector can also locate breaks in cables, identify blown fuses and diagnose defective bulbs in lighting circuits. Its measurement tip works with socket variants worldwide, and a push-on clip allows pocket carry.
