Sealey SM355D Metal Cut Off Saw 355mm 240v

The Sealey SM355D is a metal cut-off saw with a 355 mm abrasive disc, for metal cutting on site and in workshop environments. Its 2480 W motor runs at a no-load speed of 3800 rpm and uses hardened gears for power transmission. The motor is trigger-operated.

A mitre vice clamps workpieces at 90° and 45°. At 90°, cutting capacities are 100 mm for angle, 105 mm for bar, 105 × 105 mm for box section, Ø120 mm for pipe and 90 × 130 mm for rectangular box section. At 45°, the capacities are 56 mm for angle, 50 mm for bar, 50 × 50 mm for box section, Ø80 mm for pipe and 80 × 50 mm for rectangular box section.

The saw is supplied with a 355 mm abrasive cutting disc, sized Ø355 × 3 × 25.4 mm. The PTC/355C abrasive cutting disc is identified as a replacement consumable. Nett weight is 20 kg, and the stated supply is 230 V.
