The Monument 4562P GRIP+ is a pair of triple-stepped hexagonal fittings for a box spanner. They extend the reach of Monument box spanners for work with monobloc tap installations.

One fitting has stepped sizes of 8, 9 and 10 mm; the other has 11, 12 and 13 mm. The fittings are nickel-plated and are compatible with the Monument 3240U box spanner system and the 4537G GRIP+ shorty swivel handle.
