About the product
The Makita GA055G is a 125mm cordless flat head angle grinder in the 40v XGT system. Its flat head is designed for access in tight spaces, and the brushless motor has soft start. The grinder runs on Makita 40v XGT batteries; a battery and charger are not included.
It has a slide switch with lock-on for continuous operation, an anti-restart system, an electric brake and AFT, which shuts off the motor if rotation speed suddenly drops. XPT improves resistance to dust and water ingress, while battery protection automatically shuts off power when the battery level is low.
