About the product
The Makita DSD180 is a cordless drywall cutter powered by the 18 V LXT lithium-ion battery platform. It cuts openings in plasterboard and can also cut wood, with capacities of up to 30 mm in drywall and 15 mm in wood.
Variable speed control provides up to 6,000 strokes per minute, with a 6 mm stroke length. The orbital cutting mechanism, adjustable cutting depth, trigger lock and screw-down blade clamp support controlled cutting. The blade configuration is designed for straight cuts.
