About the product
The Gardena Smart Water Control Timer is an app-controlled garden water timer for managing irrigation schedules. Its schedule assistant uses real-time weather data and an integrated plant library to adjust watering programmes. It can be paired with a compatible Gardena smart Sensor, and works with Apple Home, Alexa, Google Home and other smart home platforms.
The built-in valve has an operating pressure range of 0.5–12 bar and Safe Stop technology. Up to 36 watering cycles can be programmed per day. Watering duration can be set from 1 minute to 10 hours in the smart App, or from 1 minute to 7 hours 59 minutes in the Bluetooth App. Thread connections are 26.5 mm (G3/4) and 33.3 mm (G1).
The timer uses three AA 1.5 V alkaline batteries (LR6), which are not included. Online registration is required to use the Gardena smart App. The app also sends frost alerts when temperatures are forecast to fall below zero.
